Hello brave people of Smegheads. I have a problem and need YOUR help.

Basically, malwarebytes 'cleaned' my system, including a few certain mods that allowed it to run. Now I need to authenticate to boot in to windows. Now, it has it's flaws I know, but I am rather fond of booting in to it, so if you can help me out, please let me know.
